Send us your logo if you have one, some photos of your work and a list of the jobs you do. Don't worry if it's not much to go on, we'll help fill in the gaps.

Live in 1 to 2 weeks
We'll build your site and send you a link to check on your phone. Ask for any changes you like, and once you're happy, it goes live on your own web address.

Common questions
What if I want to leave?
Just give us a month's notice and that's it, there's no long contract to get out of. Your domain is registered in your name, so your web address stays with you whatever happens. If you'd like a copy of your website to take with you, just ask and we'll sort it out.
Do I have to write anything?
Not much. Send us some photos and a list of what you do, and we'll turn that into the wording for your site. You check it all before it goes live. If you'd rather we wrote everything from scratch, including detailed pages for each of your services, that's available as an extra.
Can I make changes later?
Yes, and you don't need to log in to anything. Just send us a message or a WhatsApp with what you want changing, whether that's new photos, updated prices or a new service. Your monthly fee includes time for changes (15 minutes on Website, 30 minutes on Website Plus and Website + App), which covers most small updates. If something's bigger, we'll let you know before we start.
How long does it take?
Usually 1 to 2 weeks from our first chat. The main thing that affects it is how quickly you can send us your photos and details. Once we've got those, we'll send you a first version to look at as soon as it's ready.
Do I need to do anything technical?
No. We sort out the hosting, your domain, the enquiry form and everything else behind the scenes, and keep it all running. If anything ever needs your attention, we'll explain it in plain English.
Will I show up on Google?
Your site is set up properly for search, with your trade, the areas you cover and your contact details in the right places. Nobody can honestly guarantee the top spot on Google, but a good website, a Google Business Profile and a few reviews give you the best chance of being found by people nearby.
What's the customer app?
It's a simple app on your phone, included with the Website + App package. You can keep a list of your customers and the jobs you've done for them, save photos of each job, see where each job's up to, and send a Google review request by text or WhatsApp in one tap. It's built for tradespeople, so it's quick to use on the job.
